Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
   • Requests for return must be made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Intimate jewelry and personalized products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Refund Process:

   • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund within 7 business days.
   • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs:

   • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item received is defective.
